Apple 24-inch iMac M3 price and availability
The price of the new 24-inch iMac that comes with the M3 chip starts at Rs 1,34,900. With this, Apple is offering the Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse for free. The 24-inch iMac can be purchased in green, pink, blue, and silver color options. This variant comes with an 8-core GPU, 8GB RAM 256GB SSD storage, and two Thunderbolt ports.
The 24-inch iMac with M3 chip and 10-core GPU is priced at Rs 1,54,900. Whereas for students it will be made available for Rs 1,44,900. Along with this, Apple's Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse will also be available. This desktop comes in Blue, Green, Orange, Pink, Purple, Silver, and Yellow color options.
The new iMac can be pre-ordered from Apple's website. The new device will go on sale starting November 7 on Apple's website, Apple Stores, and Apple Authorized Resellers.
24-inch iMac M3 Features
The new 24-inch iMac has an M3 chip and its look is similar to the old model. However, the new model comes with better performance. The M3 chip has up to 8-core CPU and up to 10-core GPU, with support for up to 24GB of unified RAM. The company says that the new chip is twice as fast as the previous M1 and it is based on the A17 Pro chip of Apple iPhone 15 Pro.
Apple's latest M3 chip is made using a 3nm process. Talking about graphics, it has hardware-accelerating mesh shading support for ray tracing on iMac. Apart from this, this iMac also has a 16-core Neural Engine which enables fast machine learning.
The brand new 24-inch iMac features a 24-inch Retina display that offers 4.5K resolution. The peak brightness of the screen is 500 nits. This device has features like Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, four USB Type-C ports, two Thunderbolt ports, and Gigabit Ethernet support. This iMac has a 1080-pixel FaceTime camera and 6 speaker setup. Speakers' Spatial Audio and Dolby Atmos support is provided. The new Apple iMac runs on MacOS Sonoma.
