The company has recently officially confirmed the handset. Before launching, the design and color options of the upcoming phone have been revealed. According to the first leaked reports, the Redmi 13C smartphone can be launched with a black color option.
Even though Xiaomi has not announced the launch date of the phone yet, the phone has been spotted on the Amazon US website. The phone has been listed with the price and complete specifications.
In the Amazon listing, Redmi 13C 4G is seen with a black color option. Apart from this, the handset can be launched with a 4GB + 128GB variant. Whose price can be $140.54 (approximately Rs 11,700). In an official teaser, the handset was seen with blue, light blue, and light green color options apart from the classic black.
According to the Amazon listing, Redmi 13C can have a 6.74-inch HD+ display. MediaTek Helio G99 SoC chip can be used as the processor in the phone.
It runs MIUI 14 based on Android 13. As per the listing, the phone may come with 4GB RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via microSD card.
A dual rear camera setup can be included in the phone, in which a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth camera can be provided. Whereas, a 5-megapixel front camera can be provided for selfies and video calling.
The Redmi 13C smartphone may include a 5,000mAh battery with support for 16W wired charging via a USB Type-C port. According to the listing, it will also have a 3.5mm audio jack. Apart from this, it has been seen with a fingerprint sensor. The weight of the phone is said to be 6 ounces or approximately 170 grams.
However, the launching date has not been revealed yet by Redmi company nor have the features been officially revealed. Therefore, leaked reports cannot be completely trusted.
