The Finance Ministry said that out Of The Total Refund Of Rs 256 Crore, The Ministry Of Petroleum And Natural Gas Has Given The Maximum Relief Of Rs 116.47 Crore To MSMEs. In the Case Of Agencies Under The Railways And Defense Ministries, The Refund Amounts To Rs 79.16 Crore And Rs 23.45 Crore respectively. Steel And Power Ministries Will Give Refunds Of Rs 14.48 Crore And Rs 6.69 Crore respectively. The Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme Was Announced In The Budget For 2023-24.

To Solve This, It Is Suggested To Use The First-Order Decay (Fod) Method, Which Relies On Field Data And Primary Research To More Accurately Estimate Methane Emissions From A Landfill Site.
